The WeMail Difference - E-mail Marketing made easy
Integration is Key.
At Windward, we help you run your business instead of just reporting on it. We believe that increasing efficiency will save you time and money, so why not apply that to all aspects of your business?
We don't just write software. We believe in looking at the business problem and finding the best way to solve it, through the eyes of the entrepreneur. So instead of just developing just another e-mail marketing program - We Windward-ized it.
Like all Windward Software products, WeMail E-mail Marketing is truly integrated. This means no exporting or managing of separate contact lists/emails. Saving you time and making running your business easier is our goal and we believe that WeMail will help do just that. We made it easy to use so that you can get started quickly and see results faster.
You may already be using e-mail marketing in your business. If this is the case, you are probably enjoying the benefits of increased communication with your customers and the resulting increased business with lower marketing costs. You may notice, however, that you are spending more time managing e-mail lists than creating the e-mails themselves.
We developed WeMail to help you increase business through e-mail marketing without the exporting hassle. By integrating an easy to use e-mail editing tool directly with your customer and inventory information, we allow you to focus on creating the content of your e-mail newsletters instead of the technicalities behind it. With a few button clicks, you will be able to filter out who receives the e-mail, such as all the people who have birthdays in a certain month, or all the people who have purchased a certain inventory item. After designing your e-mail using one of our professional looking templates or your own creation, you can schedule when and how frequently you want the e-mail to send.
If you’re not already e-mail marketing, consider how much you currently spend on marketing to existing customers. Do you send customer newsletters? What about birthday greetings? Coupons? Or instructions for use of products that you sell. Wouldn't it be cheaper, faster and greener if those things could simply be e-mailed? Would you do more of those things if it didn’t cost you a tonne of extra time and money? It doesn't have to.
A new customer comes into your store and purchases, say, a tomato plant. You recieve your customers email address and enter it into System Five.
Upon arriving home, there can be an email in their inbox with planting instructions and other useful information. 30 days later, another email can be sent reminding them to purchase a cage to prevent the fruit from breaking.
A short time later, another email can go out with information on pesticides, with a printable coupon to give your valued customer a discount.
These emails can be setup to be automatically sent to any customer that has purchased tomato plants from you in the past. This is an excellent way to keep your customers coming back.
