We currently support our clients via phone, fax, modem, e-mail and ICQ. We strongly recommend PC Anywhere as we can connect to your
computer over the internet to easily see and fix your problems.
In addition, we can update your software while online, if required.

Download an Update
Windows Users - Connect to the internet and from within
Windward System Five, click on Utilities, choose FTP Update and
follow the prompts. This is the fastest and easiest way to update
your software. If your computer is not connected to the internet,
then you can download the updates from a different computer that
is, using the following ftp site: Click Here
NOTE: If you have an FTP program such as Cute FTP or WS-FTP, then you may find that faster and easier than using your browser to download the files. This is because these programs allow you to tag all the files you need, start the download and then walk away instead of having to click on each file you need, one at a time.
NOTE: DOS Users - please upgrade to our Windows version. The DOS version was discontinued around 1999 and while we are still supporting it, that will end in the very near future.
