You can enter invoices into any month in the current year or previous year, and re-print most reports for any given period. This allows you to continue invoicing first thing in the morning of a new month, even if the back office is not finished charging interest, adjusting accounts and printing statements.

Many other systems require that you completely finish a month before being able to start a new month or year.
